MEET THE FOUNDERs
Hey, I'm Alec
Hi, I’m Alec, co-founder of AIVA LeadGen Systems. For the past 5 years, I’ve been a licensed Realtor, and during that time I handled all of the marketing for my real estate team. I built our website, created our logo, managed our ads on Facebook and Google, wrote newsletters, collected reviews, sent mailers, skip traced homeowners, and ran our social media — all while keeping our CRM organized and making sure no lead slipped through the cracks.
Through that experience, I saw how powerful the right systems can be in growing a business. I also met countless contractors, plumbers, roofers, and other service professionals who told me the same thing: they wanted to grow, but they didn’t have the time or know-how to make marketing work for them.
That’s why I started AIVA LeadGen Systems — to give hardworking home service businesses a complete growth system that handles it all: websites, branding, leads, automation, and even virtual assistants to call and follow up with customers.
Hey, I'm Vince!
Vince LaMaida has been helping people succeed in business and real estate for nearly four decades. A licensed Realtor since 2008 and a seasoned sales professional since 1988, Vince is known for his deep market knowledge, strong work ethic, and concierge-style approach that goes far beyond the transaction.
As Director of Sales at AIVA LeadGen Systems, Vince partners with contractors and small business owners to help them grow through a proven three-pillar marketing and lead generation system. Alongside his son Alec, he’s passionate about giving local businesses the credibility, visibility, and organization they need to thrive.
Family is at the heart of everything Vince does. Married for over 30 years, he and his wife raised two children, and today he continues building a legacy of service, growth, and relationships.
